Boil-Alert Issued because Automated Back-Ups Fail


Unknown to many Americans, boil-alerts happen several times a day throughout the United States. It should come as no surprise that automated systems commonly fail to perform as they were designed to, especially because such events that cause them to perform often damage the safeguards as well.
