Winter Driving SafetyAs I look out the window, I can see the leaves are gone from all the trees, the wind is blowing and there are tiny flurries swirling around in the air. It's really happening folks, winter is coming. Before the snow sticks to the roads, maybe now would be a good time to review Winter driving safety reminders.

Winter driving in the colder weather climates of the country include snow, ice, and sleet.  Driving on ice is not really driving at all sometimes. It's a situation you can rarely control and is one of the most helpless feelings you need to be prepared for just in case.

A good snow fall makes the road less than desirable to travel on but it sure beats ice.  Understanding how to compensate for your cars inability to get good traction is one of the most important driving skills you need to master.
