2 Quick & Easy Home Remedies for Back Pain

Share

From time to time, I experience back and neck pain due to sitting at my desk for extended periods of time.

I originally injured my back just over a year ago while welding at a previous job. Soaking in Epsom salts was key in getting my mobility back almost instantly after the bath. I would bathe in hot water in a jacuzzi-style bathtub. From that experience, I learned that I need to increase my water intake after the Epsom salt bath…the salts can dehydrate you rather quickly, especially if soaking in hot water for almost an hour!

I'm going to give the lemon-salt thing a try. From what I've researched, the lemon helps by preventing or reducing uric acid buildup in the joints (the spine is a composition of multiple joints).
