Creative Kudos Tool for the Family

As a parent who is constantly looking to be better, I'm a huge fan of tools like the one featured in today's post.

There is a clear distinction between throwing unearned praise at a child and recognizing and rewarding positive behavior that we want to reinforce for autonomy's sake.

Today's post is a great example of a simple way to strengthen bonds within a family, especially from older siblings toward their younger counterparts.
